As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, so does my response.
I want you to know that I'm doing everything I can to support you through this difficult time. I can assure you that I'm taking added precautions to keep myself and you safe.
We also know that life must go on, and that means you still need support and I'm here to provide it.
In order to reduce the spread of the coronavirus I wanted to set some professional health and safety guidelines appropriate for my services. If we all work together we will ensure minimal people are affected.
Until further notice, all group sessions will move to online virtual groups via Zoom - This is in order to support the social distancing recommendation that has been highly recommended by Canadian health professionals. Zoom is a reliable private and confidential video conferencing software that I’ve used for several years.
Virtual Private Sessions:
All private sessions are available virtually, either via a phone call or Zoom video conference call. Simply let me know you want a virtual session and I'll send you the details.
Private sessions are still an option under a strict health and safety protocol.
If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms please stay home
My office received a thorough disinfecting on September 14th - and thereafter all publicly used areas are sanitized between sessions (door handles, tables, counters, and chairs)
In alignment with social distancing and in efforts to stop the spread of the virus:
There will be no hugs or hand-shaking
I have removed all shared cups and glasses
I ask that any take-out cups that you bring into the office you take and dispose outside of the office
I ask that any tissue papers that you use are disposed outside the office - I will provide a paper lunch style bag for your tissue paper disposal.
Please wash your hands before attending a session and after leaving a session
